Dr.Harish N., is an accomplished civil engineer with over thirteen years of experience in construction project planning and management, resources deployment, and site administration. He obtained his PhD from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India, and has since then served in various academic and research positions at institutions such as NIT Goa, MSRIT Bengaluru and National Institute of Oceanography, Goa. Dr. Harish has completed and supervised over thirty-five residential and commercial projects, including planning, designing, and detailing structural members, overseeing building work, and setting out sites.He is an exceptional researcher with a keen interest in the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and GIS in Civil Engineering. He has authored a textbook, twelve research articles, and presented twenty-five research papers at various national and international conferences. He is also a skilled educator, guiding one doctoral student, tutoring six postgraduate students, and three batches of undergraduate students.He is a reviewer for various journals and a committee member, reviewer, and session chair for various international conferences. Dr. Harish is a member of various professional organizations, including the Institute of Engineers, India (IEI), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and Indian Society for Hydraulics (ISH). In addition to his technical expertise, Dr Harish possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, making him adept at organizing and adjusting to new situations. Dr. D.S. Shridhar is a versatile engineer with 25 years of experience in Design and analysis of structures in various engineering disciplines such as Civil engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering structures. He obtained his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India, and has since then served in various Industry and research positions at companies such as TATA Consultancy services, Bangalore, Engineering Analysis Center of Excellence (EACoE), Bangalore, TATA Consulting Engineers (TCE), Bengaluru. M/S GAMMON INDIA LTD, Bombay, and MSRIT Bengaluru. He is proficient in managing the multi discipline team executing projects across multiple domains for customers located at multi geographies in Engineering. He is Skilful in Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. Dr. D.S. Shridhar finds ease in Managing engineering team size about 200 + and travelled to many customer locations across globe for business/review meetings with clients (Germany, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Sweden, Romania, Belgium, USA and China). He has published eleven technical papers in International and National journals and Conferences. He is actively involved in the research activities as a reviewer in reputed International journals.
Dr. Lokesha is a proficient civil/Coastal engineer with ten years of experience in planning and execution of construction projects in the area of civil engineering, coastal and Offshore Engineering. He gained his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India, and has since then served in various academic and research positions at institutions such as IIT Madras, NIT Surathkal and MSRIT Bengaluru. Dr. Lokesha executed various residential and commercial projects at different locations of Bangalore, Mysore and Mangalore. He is good at planning, analysis and design of structural elements concerning Civil and Coastal Engineering. He is skilful in supervising the construction activities, managing labours and material flow, accomplishing targets at given time. As a researcher, He is ambitious to work with Physical and Numerical Modelling of Coastal and Offshore Structures, Machine Learning techniques applied to Civil Engineering. Innovative and cost-effective building materials and implementing new and improved technologies in multi- disciplinary Engineering fields. He has published nine research articles, presented six research papers and participated twenty-one conferences/workshops at various national and international conferences. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the Ocean Society of India (OSI) and Indian Society for Hydraulics (ISH).
